Christina Forsgård, Founder of Netprofile, Ethics Chair at ICCO (International Communications Consultancy Organisation), communications consultant specialized at cyber crisis communications and management, social media strategist, speaker, influencer, angel investor, startup coach, advisor and board member, and the co-author of social media book SUHDE. Christina was nominated among TOP100 ICT Influencers in Finland in 2009. From 2009 to 2014, Christina was the Chairman of MTL Communications Consultancies and was the Finnish representative at ICCO.

I started my working life in 1994 at a company called EDS (some older colleagues may remember it), and since 2005 I worked for Syniverse, a US based company focused on mobile roaming and interconnect. I worked in roles of system administration, system operations, software development and finally as DevOps lead in a SAFe agile release train for a monolithic application to process mobile roaming data.
In May 2019 I joined Deutsche Telekom IT, working as a DevOps evangelist and technical trainer for Tel-IT internal customers.
I joined Telekom 1998 with an apprenticeship for T-Mobile, and have moved through system engineering, application operations, project management, service-chain operational management until finally discovering DevOps. I am one of the first colleagues in Deutsche Telekom IT to implement DevOps methods and pipelines, and have now been a DevOps Evangelist in our company since 2018, promoting, consulting and helping colleagues in the transformation towards DevOps teams.

Currently working as Chief Architect Cloud in Nokia’s Mobile Networks, focused on Edge Cloud, Cloud RAN and Telco IT Cloud Reference Architecture.
Dr. Jarno Niemelä is current Head of Mobile Access Technologies in Elisa. He has been working with mobile access network technologies, planning, operations and optimization for more than 15 years. He holds a Dr. Tech. degree from Tampere University of Technology (2006).
Kenneth Fredriksen joined Huawei Technologies Ltd in 2012. Recently he was appointed as the Executive Vice President of Huawei CEE & Nordic Regional HQ, overlooking the Nordic and Baltic Countries.
During 2016 to the end of 2019 he served as CEO for Huawei Technologies Sweden AB covering Huawei’s operations in Sweden and Iceland, while being part of Huawei Central East Europe and Nordic Regional HQ executive management team.
Kenneth has 20 years global telecom industry experience and prior to joining Huawei he held several director and management positions within other multinational companies among others Siemens AG.
Pierre Lynch is a Lead Technologist for Keysight Technologies. Pierre has been working in the mobile network testing industry since the beginning of his 20 year career. He is responsible for representing Keysight at standards definition organizations (SDOs) and open source communities relating to virtualization and mobility, including ETSI NFV, ETSI MEC, 3GPP, OPNFV, ONAP, CNTT, OSM and the Small Cell Forum. He has been with Ixia (now Keysight Technologies) since 2006. He is the current chair of the TST Working Group at ETSI NFV ISG.
Michele Carignani is Technical Officer within ETSI’s Centre for Testing and Interoperability (CTI). He received his Msc in Computer Science and Networking from Scuola Sant’Anna and University of Pisa, Italy. Before joining ETSI, he has been Research Fellow in CNIT (University Consortium for Telecommunication in Italy) working on IoT and ITS national and European research projects. Since 2017 he supports development of Testing specifications, standardized software and interoperability events for ETSI groups, including NFV ISG, MEC ISG, TC MTS.
Dr. Sun Le received his PhD degree from The institute of Chinese Academy of Science. His research interests are image processing, video compression, as well as video transmission . He has been working in Huawei for 6 years. Currently, He is in charge of the AI Product Management covering the European market and representing the R&D of the Intelligent Computing Dept.
